Summary

Adds three PB-0 SG-0 NON_TEST retirement worker briefs for the Director msg_b44f4320 three-parallel dispatch:

  1. docs/briefs/r3-pb0-non-test-retirement-worker-cycle3-redo.md — cycle 3 REDO (same eight census paths as the closed Route-back: PB-0 cycle 3 false retirement rollback #3047 attempt), with §5.1 / Track A (a)/(b)/(c) bar, Route-back: PB-0 cycle 3 false retirement rollback #3047 paper-shrink anti-pattern callout, and deferral notes for Gap 13 / R3 Evaluator Mgr — lane through R3 close (re-spawn post --shape flag) #3053 lanes.
  2. docs/briefs/r3-pb0-non-test-retirement-worker-cycle5.md — cycle 5 (six paths: cementing_dispatch + five core hosts), including PR PB-0 cycle-2 NON_TEST retirement (msg_84abadad Track A): retire 6 paths — integration_rs_wiring_scan.rs; cementing_dispatch.rs; r3_gate_87_cementing_regen_runner_suites.rs; gunbc_ci.rs; lens_declaration_apply.rs; lens_t_las_carrier.rs — brief docs/briefs/r3-pb0-non-test-retirement-worker-cycle2.md + #3046 consolidation / gate RT1-RT4: model correctness — credential wiring, fail-closed auth, fil… #87 cascade context for cementing_dispatch.rs.
  3. docs/briefs/r3-pb0-non-test-retirement-worker-cycle6.md — cycle 6 (DAG four-pack + gunbc_ci + r1c_e_emit_gates), with §0.2 preemptive Gap-tier / program STOP anchors per Director msg_f05c2d68 (feedback_anchor_mgr_lane_synthesis_on_gap_tier_not_session_id).

Fixes cursor review 11553 (stale 50-row headline + phantom §3 rows).

Action: No fix commit — the APPROVE finding is valid and nothing in the diff contradicts PB-0 / P5 / Dispatch-Discipline or weakens gate-#87 cementing obligations.

Merge readiness (Mgr bar from dashboard feedback): mergeStateStatus is CLEAN and CI on the latest push is green, but GitHub reviewDecision is still empty and only one api-review artifact (codex) is on-record here.
